Hello! I’m Vickie Baker Winecoff-and yes, Baker truly is my maiden name.

Being a baker is not just what I do; it’s who I’ve always been. For years, I have baked for my family, friends and any occasion that gave me the opportunity to share my gift with others.

Now, at 65 years young, by the grace of God and many prayers, along with the loving support of my husband, family and friends, I’ve decided it was time to open my kitchen and share that same love baking with you.

As the heart and soul behind Gramme’s Kitchen, every cookie is thoughtfully created and baked right here in my North Carolina.

I use real ingredients-rich creamy butter, finest chocolate and fresh eggs along with decades of experience with a whole lot of love folded into every batch.
